CPR LATAM is a cross-disciplinary academic network of research centers which seeks to advance knowledge on the social, economic and political impact of ICT in the Americas. It fosters research and dialog among researchers who examine the economic, technological and policy issues that affect ICT and their impact on development.
CPR LATAM’s annual Conference will be held on Cartagena, Colombia. The purpose of this conference is to bring together scholars, members from the private sector and regulators to learn from the studies and experiences that all of them have encountered as they work in the field of ICT policy.
